Forest Run, Metzerlen-Mariastein - Clockwise WentzwillerChallenging run through the forest and valley between Mariastein and Metzerlen. The first 8km are hilly but fast and mainly descending into the valley. Then to get back to the starting point, you face a steep 3km hill in the final 4km.

Mariastein-Rämel-Chall-Hofstetten-Mariastein WentzwillerCounter-clockwise route from Mariastein through Burg im Leimental along the french border, cutting south and up onto the Challhöchli to Challpass, taken east until descending through Bergmattenhof, down to Hofstetten, then along the high edge of the fields back to Mariastein.
