    <desc><![CDATA[Départ parking de la plage du Ry près du pont. Suivre le GR 34 utiliser le passage piétons, et monter à droite, suivre le GR jusque la plage de Treïz Malaouen, passer à droite du cabanon, et monter à droite.Tourner à droite, et poursuivre jusque Kerlaz, passer l'église, suivre un moment la D7 en traversant le parking, sortir et traverser au niveau de l'école, emprunter la contre allée. Passer la biscuiterie,et suivre le PR (entrée peu visible)ensuite, rester sur la rte jusque Kerbellec. Trouver le GR 38, passer le plan d'eau de Kératry, GR 38 sur la D 39 monter à droite, et suivre le GR vers Kermérien et Poulhon, traverser Lanugat, retrouver la D39, passer le château d'eau, prendre un peu plus loin à l'angle d'un mur d'enceinte, un sentier qui conduit à la plage du Ry.
