Salimos del aparcamiento del dia de L´Argentiere le Bessee, sendero subida (poco empujando) camping, asfalto, pista, tramos empujando, sendero y caminos en balcon, Bouchier. Pista sube baja, sube, a 1893m (ign), camino muy inclinada, después senda empujando casi todo, hasta co de Vallouise, bajada comienza con tramos NR, expuesto, Cabana de Chouvet, medio-bien equipada. Tramos de camino, algunas subidas, terminamos por donde empezamos
